Is registration free?

Yes, creating an account on Ultra Cam is completely free. You can browse live cams and enjoy free chat rooms without spending anything. Credits are only needed for private shows and premium features.

How do I create an account?

Click the "Join Now for FREE" button in the top navigation. Fill in your username, email address, and password, then accept the Terms of Service. You will receive a confirmation email — click the link inside to activate your account.

How do I verify my age?

Click the "Verify Age" button in the notification bar at the top of the page. Age verification confirms you are 18 years of age or older, which is legally required to access adult content. Your data is handled securely and in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

Can I browse without an account?

You can view free chat rooms without an account, but you will not be able to interact with performers, send messages, tip, or access private shows. Creating a free account unlocks the full interactive experience.

How do I delete my account?

Go to your account Settings, scroll to the "Danger Zone" section, and click "Delete Account". This action is permanent and cannot be undone. All your data, credits, and history will be permanently removed.

What is the difference between Free Chat and Private Chat?

Free Chat allows anyone to watch the performer's live stream at no cost. You can chat and send tips to encourage specific acts. Private Chat is a one-on-one session exclusively between you and the performer, billed per minute from your credits balance.

A VIP Show is a group private show where multiple users share the cost. The performer sets a credit goal; once reached, the show begins and all contributors watch exclusively. It is a great way to enjoy private content at a lower per-person cost.

What is an Interactive Toy show?

Some performers use internet-connected toys (such as Lovense devices) that viewers can control by sending tips. The higher the tip, the stronger the vibration. Look for the "Interactive Toy" tag on a model's card.

How do I find a specific model?

Use the search bar in the top navigation to search by name, category, or tag. You can also use the sidebar filters on the home page to narrow down by gender, ethnicity, appearance, language, age, and more.

Can I record or save a show?

Recording, capturing, or redistributing any live stream or video content without explicit written permission is strictly prohibited and may violate copyright law. We take content protection seriously and all streams are monitored.

Credits are the virtual currency used on Ultra Cam. You purchase credits with real money and use them to tip performers, enter private shows, send virtual gifts, and unlock premium content. 1 credit = £0.08 (pricing may vary by region).

What payment methods are accepted?

We accept all major credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express), PayPal, and various local payment methods depending on your region. All payment pages use 256-bit SSL encryption for maximum security.

Will the charge appear on my bank statement?

Charges appear under a discreet billing descriptor that does not mention adult content. The exact descriptor is shown during checkout before you confirm your purchase.

Can I get a refund on unused credits?

Unused credits can be refunded within 14 days of purchase if no credits have been spent. Contact our support team with your order reference. Credits used in shows or as tips are non-refundable.

How do I check my credit balance?

Your current credit balance is displayed in the top navigation bar when you are logged in. Click on it to view your full transaction history and purchase more credits.

Is my personal information kept private?

Yes. We take your privacy extremely seriously. Your personal details are never shared with performers or other users. We use industry-standard encryption and comply with GDPR and applicable data protection regulations. Please read our full Privacy Policy for details.

Can performers see who I am?

Performers can see your username and your activity in their room (messages, tips, gifts). They cannot see your real name, email address, or payment information. You can also use our anonymous browsing feature available on your account settings page.

How do I block a model or user?

On any model's profile page, click the three-dot menu and select "Block". Blocked users will not be able to contact you and their content will be hidden. You can manage your block list in Account Settings → Privacy.

How do I report inappropriate content?

Use the report button (flag icon) available on every performer's stream and profile page. Our moderation team reviews all reports within 24 hours. You can also email our trust & safety team directly via the Contact page.

Are performers verified adults?

Yes. All performers on Ultra Cam are required to submit valid government-issued ID confirming they are 18 years of age or older before being approved. We maintain 18 U.S.C. § 2257 compliant records for all content.

Why is the video stream buffering or low quality?

Video quality depends on your internet connection speed and the performer's upload speed. We recommend a minimum of 5 Mbps for HD streams. Try refreshing the page, clearing your browser cache, or switching to a wired connection for the best experience.

Which browsers are supported?

We support the latest versions of Google Chrome, Mozilla Firefox, Microsoft Edge, and Safari. For the best performance we recommend Google Chrome. Internet Explorer is not supported.

Is the site mobile-friendly?

Yes, Ultra Cam is fully responsive and works on smartphones and tablets. We recommend using Chrome on Android or Safari on iOS for the best mobile experience. Some interactive features may require the desktop version.

How do I enable my webcam for Video Call shows?

When you join a Video Call show, your browser will ask permission to access your camera and microphone. Click "Allow". If you accidentally denied permission, go to your browser settings → Site Permissions → Camera and reset the permission for our site.

I cannot hear the performer — what should I do?

First check that your system volume is not muted. Then check the volume control within the video player. If the issue persists, try a different browser or clear your browser's cache and cookies. Ensure no other application is exclusively using your audio device.

How do I become a performer on Ultra Cam?

Visit the "Become a Model" page in the footer and complete the application form. You will need to provide valid government-issued ID to confirm you are 18+. Applications are reviewed within 2–3 business days.
